ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN: Building Checks provides residential architectural design services in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Our most recent project, a fast tracked 8,500 square foot, 9-bedroom residence was completed and occupied only eight months from the groundbreaking. 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Building Checks has provided Construction Management services, construction related client consulting for numerous clients keeping projects on schedule and within budget. He also can be an Owner's Representative during all phases of a project or as needed.
